On behalf of our community's 229 households, the board of Directors of the Springmill Ponds Homeowners Association welcomes you!
Springmill Ponds has a lot to offer your family. There are social events throughout the year, recreational facilities to enjoy, and beautiful common areas to share. You will learn about community activities and meetings throughout the website. The website provides regularly updated articles about life in Springmill Ponds and other helpful informaiton, such as rules regarding the pool and ponds, and information about the commmittees serving our community.
We would like to thank the neighborhood volunteers who work hard at maintaining the neighborhood's reputation as an excellent place to live and raise a family. Of course, we recognize that there is always room for improvement, so give us a call regarding your ideas, or better yet join a committee and make those ideas happen!
The next board meeting is May 22nd at 7:30 p.m. at the Pool Deck
This meeting will be to determine the course of action needed for the ash trees.
