Springmill Ponds Fall Garage Sale
Wednesday-Saturday, September 15-18
Wednesday, PREVIEW NIGHT, 5pm-8pm
Thursday-Saturday, 8am-2pm
Extended Pool Hours
Per requests from our homeowners, the pool is now open from 2-8PM Mon-Friday, we extended it two additional hours.
Entry Sign Repairs Made in June
Kudos to our Board and Property Manager - in June, Shackleford Masonry restored the entry signs; they:
+ power washed them,
+ removed decaying coping and brick caps,
+ replaced brick caps with cast stone caps,
+ filled head joints with urethane sealant,
+ perfromed necessary grinding and tuck pointing,
+ filled center joints of sign with mortar,
+ repainted sign letters and
+ sealed all masonry.
