Neighborhood Trash Rates Reduced

On October 27, we were notified that our Board has negotiated preferred neighborhood pricing for trash removal services from Republic Services of Indiana.

- $42/quarter, locked through December 1, 2011.

The reduced rate is not automatically applied to your account.

Springmill Moms' Club

Formerly known as the Baby-sitting Co-op, the Moms’ Club is made up of a diverse group of women who live in Springmill Ponds. We meet monthly during the school year for social time and occasionally a guest speaker. Dues are only $10 and will be collected again in January 2010.

Despite the name, one does not need to have children to attend or join. The club is a great way to meet your neighbors and stay up to date on the happenings in the neighborhood.
