About Springmill Ponds

Springmill Ponds  is a 229 single-family home community located in Carmel, Indiana. Situated near the corner of Springmill Road and 146th Street, our neighborhood offers great accessibility to shopping, schools, churches and many of the great assets Carmel has to offer. The very popular Monon Trail is a short walk/bike ride away which provides easy, safe access to mid-town Carmel which is full of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. For those who like to get out and exercise or walk the dog, there is an abundance of sidewalks and paths in and around the community that makes your activities safe and easy.

The residents of Springmill Ponds range from young families to empty nesters, all with great neighborly spirit. Our community offers many attractive amenities including a large heated pool, pool deck, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, and playground all located in a centralized common area. It is a vibrant community that hosts several social events throughout the year including bike parades, movie nights on the pool deck, 4th of July festivities, Fall fest, Halloweenie roast, and a community holiday party, to name a few. These family-friendly events offer an opportunity to bring residents together. In the past, the community has also hosted events for adults including beer tastings, chili cook-offs, and pop-up happy hours. Oh, and we have ponds…four of them…all professionally maintained and stocked for recreational fishing.

The all-volunteer Homeowners Association works diligently to organize community events as well as help maintain the beauty and value of the neighborhood and the homes within it. The common areas are professionally maintained throughout the year. Our Architectural Review process ensures that each of the homes maintains a look and quality consistent with our covenants.

The Springmill Ponds Homeowners Association provides landscaping, common area maintenance and much more. This website has been established to facilitate the communication between residents, association board members, committees, and the HOA management company, Centerpoint Community Association Management. If you have any questions or concerns regarding HOA matters, you can contact Centerpoint here. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.

There are many documents available on the Association Documents page.
